Go to Freecycle.org and find your network. Once I went to their yahoo group page I had to sign up for a yahoo account. Then I requested to be a part of the group. The group ask you a few questions to make sure you are not spam and after that they will accept you in the group. Once you are accepted you will get email updates on offers people have out there.
